  • Unlimited access to course video materials. The collected and rethought material, tested and proven gentle osteopathic techniques, and our experience. We will teach you everything we know. You will be able to apply these techniques immediately during the training. This format allows you to gradually master the techniques, take your time to read the literature, gain the necessary experience, and lay the foundation for future mastery.
    What will be covered in the course:
    We will teach you gentle techniques for working with the physical and energetic body. These are techniques for working with your hands, managing attention, and self-help techniques. We will teach you how to correct pelvic misalignment, relieve dysfunctions of the ribs, spine (from the coccyx to the atlas), cranial dysfunctions, internal organs, and more. The training can be conditionally divided into five parts according to the elements:
  • Earth. Structural techniques
  • Water. Cranial techniques
  • Fire. Visceral techniques
  • Air. SOM - Self-help
  • Space. Biodynamics.

    • Who is this for?

    This seminar will be of interest to rehabilitation specialists, massage therapists, medical professionals, yogis, as well as ordinary people who care about their health and the health of their loved ones. No special preparation is required for the seminar, but knowledge of anatomy will be helpful. To help with that, we will provide self-study materials before the seminar, as well as instructional lectures.

    Instructors

    Anatolii Pakhomov, President of the International Vajra Yoga Federation, founder of the Kyiv School of Yoga and Osteo Mechanics. He has been studying health methods for over 30 years. Natalia Pakhomova - Vajra Yoga instructor, osteo mechanic, and specialist in women's health restoration. Other experienced specialists may also be invited.
